Parents,
A key component to the level of success that your student experiences in learning a musical instrument, is the amount of private practice time that they accomplish. This has been proven time and time again. The more you practice, the better you are at playing your instrument. To help with this, we are requiring that all band students turn in practice records. Here is how it works:

This has been proven time and time again. The more you practice, the better you are at playing your instrument. To help with this, we are requiring that all band students turn in practice records. Here is how it works:
| • | Students should be practicing approximately 100-120 minutes per week |
| • | Practice records should be turned in on Monday of each week |
| • | If a student forgets to bring the practice record on Monday, they can still turn it in at any time after that. Simply bring the record to Mrs. McClure before or after school. |
